Shopping and Ordering Information

Using The Shopping Cart

Shop for Items on this Web Site
Click the links on the left side of the web page to see the many items.

Select the Leather Color
Once you find something to purchase, select the color near the item.
Click the Down Arrow under the words "Leather Color" to display a list of colors. Click on the color you want.

Add Items to Your Shopping Cart
After you select the leather color, click the Add to Cart button next to the item that you want to put in your shopping cart.

The Add to Cart button looks like this:

View Your Shopping Cart
You can view your order summary at by clicking the View Cart button, which is located toward the bottom of the left column of the web page.
The View Cart button looks like this:

Click one of the buttons at the bottom of the web page to continue:

	Displays the C. L. Whiting Home page.
	Displays the C. L. Whiting shopping web pages.
	Updates the price totals on the View Cart (Order Summary) web page after you change the number of items that you want to order.
	Removes all of the items from your shopping cart.
	Displays instructions for ordering.
	1st step in completing your order. Proceeds to an order review with the shipping, handling and taxes included. Add or edit your shipping info too.

Checkout -- Enter Shipping Information
Once you're finished shopping, view your order summary (step 4) and click the Review Order button below your order summary.

This displays the Shipping Information page (if you have previously entered shipping information, you will not see this page--go to step 6).

Enter shipping information. The boxes with a check after them are required.
In some boxes, you will type information; and in other boxes you will make a selection (click the Down Arrow button at the end of selection boxes to show a list of options; click on one item in the list of options). Please review this information carefully.

Click the Review Order button to continue the checkout process or click another button:

	Displays the C. L. Whiting Home page.
	Displays the C. L. Whiting shopping web pages.
	Allows you to make change the quantities in the shopping cart or delete all cart contents.
	Displays instructions for ordering.
	Continue the checkout. Proceeds to an order review with the shipping, handling and taxes included. Add or edit your shipping info too.

Checkout -- Order Summary
This page displays the items in your shopping cart, your shipping information, shipping, handling, and taxes. Please review this information carefully.

Click the Checkout button to continue the checkout process or click another button:

	Displays the C. L. Whiting Home page.
	Displays the C. L. Whiting shopping web pages.
	Allows you to make change the quantities in the shopping cart or delete all cart contents.
	Allows you to make change the Ship To info.
	Displays instructions for ordering.
	Continue the checkout. Proceeds to a web page for making payments.

Checkout -- Billing Information
Enter billing information. The boxes with arrows after them are required.
In some boxes, you will type information; and in other boxes you will make a selection (click the Down Arrow button at the end of selection boxes to show a list of options; click on one item in the list of options). Please review this information carefully.

If the the billing information is the same as the shipping information, then click the shortcut box and skip past these entries.

Click the Place Order button to complete checkout process or click another button:

	Displays the C. L. Whiting Home page.
	Displays the C. L. Whiting shopping web pages.
	Allows you to make change the quantities in the shopping cart or delete all cart contents.
	Displays instructions for ordering.
	Complete the checkout. Places the order with C. L. Whiting and sends the invoices.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an automatic confirmation web page and an order confirmation by e-mail.

Shipping, Handling and Sales Taxes

Shipping, Handling and Tax costs are based on your purchase price:
    $10 for purchase up to $100.
    $20 for purchase up to $200.
    $30 for purchase up to $300.
    $40 for purchase up to $400.
    An additional $10 is added for each $100 over $400.

Method of Shipment shipments are by UPS Ground and US Priority Mail, depending on order size and weight.

Shipping Area the current sales and shipping are only in the United States.

Shipping Time the time will vary depending on time it takes the artist to create your piece and the time of year (the holidays are especially busy). Since one-of-a-kind handcrafted leather is worth the wait, please allow a little extra time. Usually, your order should ship within 2 weeks.

Sales Taxes where required sales taxes are paid by us, and included in the shipping and handling cost.

Exchanges

Exchanges are gladly made within 15 days. No cash refunds.

Custom Orders

The artist selects the leaf patterns for all items.
If you wish to request a specific leaf pattern, call us 1-877-704-0486 for pricing and to place your order.
